High Temperature Hot Water Generator

The Simoneau High Temperature Hot Water Generator (HTHW Generator) is a header to header type design with gas-tight, welded steel intercasing, water cooled rear wall, staggered bent tube convection section, ceramic wool front wall and optional integrated finned tube economizer.  Simoneau’s generator is specifically design for hot water medium temperature / high temperature / high pressure.

Typical applications include central heating plants, airports, hospitals, universities, processing facilities and many others.

The Simoneau HTHW Generator is specifically designed to generate high/medium temperature hot water.  The Simoneau design provides the next generation, “Best of class” heat transfert technology.  Our HTHW design is a significant improvement over the competition’s 50 year old technology.

Simoneau’s High Temperature Hot Water Generator features:

• Capacities : up to 75 MMBTU / HR.
• Design pressures: up to 500 psig.
• Temperature up to 400 ˚F.
• Our generator can achieve very high temperature differential.
• Two pass flue gas contact with staggered tube arrangement for maximum heat transfer.
• Balanced heat transfer prevents thermal shock.
• Operates with natural gas, #2 and alternative gases.
• Meets or exceeds NOx Emission Standards while providing high turndown ratio.
• Optional integrated economizer available on most capacities and applications.
